Type 861

Type 770

Type 770 is a mechanical seal for sealing the heat transfer oil to the max. 400 ?C without foreign cooling. Sealing is accomplished by a special double tandem mechanical seal and quench-thermosiphon. Flange incl- cooling indentations, led by optimize "cold" quench returtn cicuit and other measures lead to heat dissipation and prevent cracking and formation of oil carbon.

Type 208S

Type 208S is a mechanical seal to seal hot water to max. 200 ?C without foreign cooling. Sealing is accomplished by a simple mechanical seal stationary structures, rotating throttle bush and attached quench vessel / thermosyphon.

Type 861/862

Type 861/862 is a mechanical seal for sealing latex, SB latex and etc.

Latex had solids which tend to brown and crisp, and thereby block the mechanical seal. Therefore, sealing latex is the most complicated operations in the sealing. Often we find more latex pump sealed knitted. Mechanical Seals "861/862" in latex plants operate and achieve long life (> 2-4 years). Among other things they have special circulation / traffic management, protection of critical parts (parts touching the product are coated, respectively polished). They are robust, rugged construction, and despite the corresponding averages are well adapted to the unit.

Type 881

Type 881 is a mechanical seal for sealing the hydrogenation / fatty acids - nitrites. Such an environment is in operation of the reactor coolant pumps. It is an area with the highest requirements for mechanical seals. Medium nitrile, a fatty acid and a metal catalyst used in the hydrogenation creates the most difficult conditions. The catalyst is platinised, medium is abrasive and in some cases, to polymerization. The design of the mechanical seal is stationary. Used only robust, flexible, sliding the counter ring from carbide. Critical parts are protected. The optimum heat dissipation is supported by the leadership of circulation.
